Description: Maslovsky's apartment house was built in the Art Nouveau style. The house retained its lavishly decorated main staircase and vestibule with an authentic wooden door. Despite minor changes to the exterior, the Art Nouveau interior was preserved. A projectile impact destroyed the entire central part of the building.
